Mid 2013 Update…

I know it’s only May, but to me May is about the middle of the year. But wow, it’s already May! Seriously, it seems like January was just beginning yesterday. Time has flown by and I’m here to give you all some updates on some things! Let’s get started!

Status on my second book - Earlier this year, one of my goals for 2013 was to publish two books by the end of the year. I’m still well on my way to completing this goal. I planed on releasing my second book (which I’m still trying to come up with a title for) possibly sometime around mid-July to early August. I don’t want to say to much about the plot, but I can tell you it is a supernatural murder mystery set in Montana that features a wide range of characters. I’m really excited about this one, and I mean REALLY excited. I feel I’ve improved immensely since my first book (Eternity), both in writing and story telling. I’ll let everyone know close to when the book will be publish and I really hope you’ll check it out when it’s released!

Update on Halloween Special - I mentioned this a few before, but I hadn’t released much info on it. Well I’m here to give you a bit more info. As of now the Halloween special is officially complete and I’m now in the process of editing it (mainly spelling and grammar checks). I also have a solid release date for it’s release! The first chapter will be released on Thursday, October 3rd, 2013. A new chapter will be posted every Thursday, that way the final chapter will be posted on Halloween day. I currently plan on posting each chapter simultaneously on my DeviantArt and Wattpad. I’ll have more info in the months to come.

Status on video series - *Sigh* I don’t know who to blame more, HP or Microsoft. So another goal I made for 2013 was to possibly start a video series where I talked about paranormal news. I would, for instance, find a UFO video (or any other piece of paranormal news), talk about all the details, analyze and give my opinions on it. It would be just like the posts i do here every day, only in video form. Well, right from the start, I knew I’d have trouble doing a video series because 1) I don’t have any knowledge of video editing what so ever. And 2) the only video editing software I had available was a very basic (and slow) third party editor from HP. So a few weeks ago, I go to mess around and maybe learn how to use the HP video editor, but I discovered that it was gone. Why? It’s gone because when I upgraded to Windows 8 back in late October-early November, it erased a LOT of stuff on my computer. Not only did Windows 8 erase all third party HP programs on my computer, but it also caused my laptop’s subwoofer to stop working. So as of now, the video series idea is dead in the water. That’s probably not a bad thing because I have a feeling my videos would be horrendous anyway. Oh wells.
