Cher Claims She’s Being Haunted by Ex-Husband’s Ghost?

One of my most favorite songs from my childhood was Cher’s “Believe” (screw Bieber’s “Believe”, it’s got nothing on Cher’s). What was the point of me saying that? Nothing, I just wanted to remember a time when music was actually good (*goes and listens to old 80’s-90’s music*). Anyway, today we’re diving back into the world of paranormal celebrity news because recently, singer Cher has come out saying that she believes the ghost of her ex-husband, Sonny Bono, is haunting her. Sonny, who died in 1998, is apparently still playing pranks on Cher, and she says she doesn’t mind one bit. Cher revealed the news of her supposed haunting during a Reddit Q&A on September 28th, 2013. She says that she’s not afraid of spirits, saying that she actually loves them, and that she even prefers them over some people. Cher says that she has a beautiful chandelier that she believes Sonny likes to turn on when it shouldn’t be able to come on at all, because there’s no power.

You know, this really doesn’t surprise me. Sonny and Cher were apparently really close friends, even after their divorce. Cher was also very distraught when Sonny passed away. So for her to believe that his spirit is still hanging around with her isn’t shocking. Who’s to say that someone we were once close with doesn’t stop by every now and then? Now, whether Sonny’s ghost really hanging around with Cher or not is still up in the air, but i do believe that she believes he’s with her. I don’t think she’s making this up for publicity and media attention. But, that’s just what I think, but what about you? Do you think that Sonny Bono’s ghost is still having fun with Cher even in the afterlife, or is she making all this up for some quick media attention, especially now that her new album just got released this month?
