New Zealand Man Claims He Encountered a Car-Shaped UFO?

New Zealand Man Claims He Encountered a Car-Shaped UFO?

Today kids, we’re gonna learn why you should take you’re eyes off the road even for a second. Let’s drive on over to just outside of Shantytown, New Zealand where a man claims he witnessed a car-shaped UFO shoot up into the air. On August 6th, 2013 at 8:45 p.m., Matthew Robert, a mechanic from Rutherglen, says he was on his way to pick up his partner, Charlotte Rose, in Greymouth. While he was driving, he went to change a CD, but when he looked back up he claims he saw something absolutely shocking. A car-shaped object was parked in the middle of the road without any lights on. Slamming on the brakes, he tried to get a better look as his eyes were still trying to focus (what, are his eyes cameras?). Suddenly, the object lit up and shot into the sky. When he came to his senses, Matthew says he noticed that there were three other cars stopped on the side of the road. He says that he and the other cars quickly left the scene, leaving skid marks on the road. Matthew questions why none of the other witnesses have come forward about the sighting. He said that for an hour following the sighting, he lost all cellphone reception, his vision was blurry and his eyes were watery. Charlotte says that when Matthew arrived, she could tell something bad had happened as he was freaked out and his eyes were watery. Strangely enough, Matthew says that he was watching live footage of Satellites on his smartphone at home before the encounter with the car UFO. “Suddenly, what looked like a satellite started going crazy and moving all over the sky and I was trying to follow it with my phone.” He said.

And that is why you don’t take your eyes off the road. Because a car UFO will show up in the middle of the road and then nearly blind you with it’s magic lite brite bright light (the more you know). But enough about that, let’s talk about the UFO encounter. I’m gonna be honest, this whole story sounds like it was all made up by this guy and he’s trying to sound like he’s telling the truth by saying other people supposedly saw the UFO as well. That’s how it sounds, but there’s no way for us to tell if it really was made up or if it actually did happen. As far as we know, no videos or photos were taken of the UFO. Who knows, maybe one of those other witnesses who may or may not have been there took at least one photo, but I’m not gonna hold my breath. One part I find particularly odd is that this guy was watching live satellite footage on his phone before the encounter. Who sits at home watching footage of satellites and then decides to try and follow one in their car? Dude, your not gonna see the satellite from your car. And what did he mean when he said the satellite he was watching on his phone started to go crazy? Did it look like it was falling out of orbit? Was it transforming? And what made you think you could track it from your car? I suspect this guy simply has a VERY overactive imagination. Those are my thoughts, but what are yours? Do you think this guy and possibly others witnessed a car-shaped UFO light up and dart into the sky or is this all just a made up story from one very imaginative satellite watcher?
